Genesis Supreme RV has been in operation for over 10 years and led by one of the most talented management teams in the industry. With a combined 75 years of RV experience, Pablo Carmona and Michelle Treangen have held senior management positions with companies such as Thor, Fleetwood and MVP. Their commitment to quality, design, and customer satisfaction is unsurpassed. Owner, President and CEO, Pablo Carmona, has over 31 years experience in the RV industry and has a proven background in manufacturing, plant management and quality assurance. He has also been responsible for engineering, product development, purchasing and quality control. Michelle Treangen has a background that includes over thirty years of RV manufacturing experience, including business operation, team-development, and managing three production facilities, including approximately 1000 employees. The staff and workforce of Genesis Supreme RV are also industry veterans, and take great pride in their workmanship and quality products.

Pablo was born in Mexico and has since become a United States citizen. He came from a life of poverty, dropping out of school in the 6th grade to go work in the fields, and quickly learned that hard work and perseverance pays off. After coming to the US at age 15 and continuing his work ethic, Pablo eventually had the opportunity to start on the ground floor in an entry level position with a travel trailer manufacturer. He quickly moved up to higher leadership positions with increasing responsibility over the years. He was ultimately tasked with heading up all operational aspects of entire factory operations.

Pablo can most-often be found working alongside associates on the production floor assisting in the manufacturing process, or in the proto-shop coming up with new ideas and designs. His cost-conscious approach and detail-focused management style is reflective in the successes in the manufacturing operations he has headed up.

Michelle is an energetic leader and well-versed in strategic planning, project management, problem resolution, staffing, and team development. She has demonstrated the ability to create a productive organizational environment that yields continuous improvement and quality.

Michelle started her career on the motorhome production line at Fleetwood Enterprises in Riverside, California. She quickly rose through the ranks being promoted to various management positions of increasing responsibility. Her background includes both motorhome and bumper pull production, and has training and experience in various lean manufacturing techniques.
